The new charges say two men living at the victimized home and acquaintances of Mohamed.

They told Rochester police they had asked him to leave because he was intoxicated and obnoxious but Mohamed refused, leading police to respond to the residence in the 1000 block of Cascade St. NW for the first time.

Mohmed returned after officers left and attempted to kick in the door, the complaint says.

He then went around the back of the home, entered the garage and grabbed a gas can. The complaint says Mohamed began dumping gas on the wooden deck.

The victim called police but Mohamed was gone when officers got to the home. Mohamed came back to the home and was able to force his way through the front door, the charges say.

The victims braced themselves against the door and forced Mohamed out. He then went to the back of the home where one of the victims saw him brandish a semi automatic pistol and point it inside of the house, the complaint says.

Police responded again but could not find Mohamed.
