Cannon Falls, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Cannon Falls man was hospitalized after the vehicle he was driving struck a construction vehicle Friday night.

The State Patrol responded to the crash along Hwy. 52 between Zumbrota and Cannon Falls at Wastedo. The collision report came in shortly after 11 p.m.

The state crash report indicates a southbound sedan, driven by 57-year-old Brett Rosener, collided with the Skid Steer construction vehicle. He was transported to St. Mary’s in Rochester with what are described as non-life-threatening injuries.

Rosener was buckled up and alcohol was not involved. The crash report described the four-lane highway as wet at the time of the crash. 

The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Wanamingo Fire Department, Cannon Falls Fire Department and Cannon Falls ambulance also responded to the crash.
