That’s according to Rochester Police Department Communications Coordinator Amanda Grayson. Officers responded to the threat report shortly before 12:30 a.m.
The victim, described as a 22-year-old man, told police he was explaining facility rules at a transitional housing facility at 105 Broadway Ave. North to 33-year-old Damien Newman of Rochester.
