St Paul (KROC AM News) - It may seem to some that it's been a lot longer but it was six months ago today when Olmsted County confirmed its first COVID-19.

Remember this?

Since then the total number of positive cases has grown to 2,147. The county reported 14 new cases on Wednesday.

It also reported another death, a person in their 50s. It was the county’s 26th death.

The state’s death total has risen to 1,884. Fifteen new deaths were reported Wednesday, the highest daily total since Aug.19th.

The state also reported 389 new positive cases. The state’s total has increased to 82,249 based on more than 1.64-million reported tests.
