Rochester, MN  (KROC AM News) -  A Rochester man has been sentenced to five years in prison for sexually assaulting a teenage girl while he was on probation for a previous sexual assault conviction.

26-year-old Douglas Lee entered into a plea agreement in July and admitted to a third degree criminal sexual conduct charge for an attack on a 15-year-old girl in May. The victim told investigators she met Lee at a Rochester restaurant and he took her to Oxbow Park near Byron and assaulted her. That night, the girl went to St. Mary’s Hospital seeking treatment and the medical staff alerted Rochester police.

Following his discharge from prison, Lee will be on conditional release for the rest of his life.
