Rochester Downtown Alliance Names Interim Executive Director

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A former President of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce has been selected to serve as the interim Executive Director of the Rochester Downtown Alliance.
Kathleen Harrington is scheduled to begin serving in the temporary leadership position next Monday. Prior to leaving the local Chamber of Commerce, Harrington was a Mayo Clinic administrator.

A news release says the RDA board chose Harrington after interviewing multiple candidates for the interim position. The organization says the search will now begin for a permanent hire.
Harrington is temporarily assuming the responsibilities previously held by Holly Masek, who resigned last month to take a position with the City of Bloomington.
