Rochester Shooting Leaves Man in Critical Condition
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A shooting Tuesday night near Madonna Towers in northwest Rochester left a man in critical condition.
It was reported around 8:45. Officers arrived to find a 30 year old Rochester man had been shot in the chest. Capt John Sherwin says the victim was to undergo surgery at St. Marys Hospital.
Sherwin says a suspect was arrested nearby and is expected to face attempted murder and other charges. He has been identified as 35-year-old Roderick Miguell Malone of Rochester. No motive was given for the shooting.
Sherwin says more information will be released Wednesday morning.
