RPD arrests man in underage prostitution sting

Rochester police arrested at least one man this week as part of an undercover operation involving the solicitation of minors for prostitution.

Arraigned yesterday on the felony charge was 36 year old Marlando Fnu  Marlando, who has no permanent address. Police say other arrests are possible.
