Sex offender relocating from prison to Rochester
The Rochester Police Department will hold a public meeting this week to discuss the upcoming release of a convicted sex offender. 23 year old Armando Bryant is scheduled to be released from prison next Tuesday. He has been classified as a level 3 predatory offender, meaning he is considered likely to re-offend. He is planning to live at a residence in the 1600 block of Marion Road southeast.
The Police Department has scheduled a Community Public Notification meeting to discuss Bryant’s return this Thursday, February 13 at 6:00 pm in Conference Room 104 of the Rochester City Hall. Anyone is invited to attend this meeting.
Officials will discuss further details regarding Bryant and address other Predatory Offender questions.
