Two rounds of storms are expected to affect most of southeast Minnesota today

- the one that moved into the region earlier this morning and another later this afternoon.  The storms could produce heavy rain and flash flooding, along with strong winds and hail.  It will also be very warm and muggy today.  Rochester could experience its warmest day of the year today.  The high so far has been 86 degrees.

 

The Weather Service says more storms could affect the region through the weekend.
