The bust was part of a drug investigation conducted by the Mankato-based Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force. Agents made the drug bust on November 3 after tracking the suspects for several days.

26-year-old Isis Mariyah Leonard and 32-year-old Trevon Romelle Wynn are each charged with importing drugs across state borders, first-degree drug sales, first-degree drug possession and fifth-degree drug possession.
The criminal complaints say agents were tracking a vehicle occupied by Wynn and Leonard as it traveled to Chicago and returned to Minnesota.
When Wynn and Leonard arrived in Rochester, law enforcement conducted a traffic stop and towed the vehicle to the Olmsted County Law Enforcement Center to execute a search warrant.
Wynn and Leonard were allowed to leave after authorities seized the vehicle.
During the search of the vehicle, agents discovered 1.6 pounds of cocaine and 10 MDMA tablets. There was also improperly packaged marijuana visible when law enforcement first made contact with the vehicle, according to the complaints.
Wynn and Leonard were both taken into custody on Nov. 19.
Wynn’s bail was set at $500,000 and Leonard’s conditional bail was set at $1,000 following their initial court appearances.
Both are due back in court next month.
