Newest downtown Rochester building ” topped “

The latest downtown Rochester building project has reached a milestone.

The so-called H3 or Plaza on Historic 3rd building being constructed at the corner of 3rd street and South Broadway was “ topped “ last Friday and construction workers marked the occasion by  installing an American flag on the high point of the 6th floor.  The project is being developed by Titan Ventures and CEO Mark Steege says it remains on schedule.  He expects his offices to move into the building in December.  Tenants will begin moving in during January.  He says with the exception of one small space, the entire building is already leased.
