Rochester Man Arrested for Violating No Contact Order
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police officers rushed to a southeast home early Monday after a woman called to report a man had just kicked open her front door.
The man is under a court order to have no contact with the woman. She was able to leave. A male friend was visiting at the time of the 1 a.m. incident but he was not hurt.
Officers arrived to find the man had left - but they eventually found him on the roof of the home and took him into custody. Arrested was 32-year-old Jason Bale-Bakken.
The incident happened in the 1,000 block of 8th Ave SE.
