Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office today issued an advisory aimed at local property owners impacted by last month's tornado outbreak.

Tornado Relief and Recovery Team Begins its Work

The statement says that, beginning today, a Tornado Relief and Recovery Team will be reaching out to those verified to have been affected by the tornadoes in Olmsted County. The team was established with guidance from the American Red Cross, Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota, and other volunteer organizations.

Financial or Other Sensitive Information Will Not Be Requested

According to the Sheriff's Office, members of the team will not be asking for any private financial information, such as bank account numbers or Social Security numbers.
