Stewartville Man Sentenced for Conviction in Rochester Underage Sting
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Stewartville man, who was one of seven busted in a Rochester underage sex sting, has been sentenced.

Olmsted County Court Documents say the defendants answered online advertisements created by Rochester police officers who were posing as minors.
The seven men were each accused of messaging a phone number attached to the fake ad and agreeing to meet to buy sexual acts from girls they believed to be under the age of 16.
Rochester authorities arrested the seven men when they arrived at agreed up meeting locations in April of this year.
Stewartville Man, Who Plead Guilty to Underage Prostitution Charge, Receives Sentence
In September 39-year-old Nathan Harold Robertson pleaded guilty to one felony count of Prostitution-Actor Hires or Agrees to Hire and Reasonably Believes Under 18 but at least 16 years old.
In exchange for the guilty plea, the prosecution agreed to a stayed one year and one day prison sentence. The punishment for the guilty plea was left open to be argued at sentencing, the plea agreement said.
On Monday Robertson was sentenced to five years probation. He was also ordered to serve 67 hours of community service and fined $1,000.
