
Rochester Man Accused of Selling Fentanyl Pills to Informant Pleads Guilty
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester man has entered a guilty plea in a fentanyl pill trafficking case.

He was charged in the case in September of last year and struck the plea deal with prosecutors earlier this week.
The case against 26-year-old Devantae Noiheuan-Osborne is based on an investigation that spanned over several months beginning in July 2024.

Fentanyl Sales Plea Deal: Rochester Man Enters Guilty Plea to First-Degree Drug Sales
Noiheuan-Osborne was accused of selling a Rochester police informant M30 pills that tested positive for fentanyl on three different occasions.
He sold the informant at least 40 pills during each of the transactions, the complaint says. The sales occurred at Noiheuan-Osborne’s home in southeast Rochester.
Rochester Police found two fentanyl pills after executing a search warrant at Noiheuan-Osborne’s home in September of last year. He told investigators there were no drugs in the house and denied using or selling drugs, the charges say.
Noiheuan-Osborne was charged with three counts of first-degree drug sales.
Under the terms of the plea deal, Noiheuan-Osborne entered a guilty plea to one of the drug sales counts in exchange for the dismissal of the two other drug sales counts.
Noiheuan-Osborne intends to seek a downward departure ahead of his sentencing hearing, which is scheduled for March 18, according to court records.
