People first.  That is the message that Potbelly Sandwich Shop shared on their Facebook page over the weekend, along with a message of some changes happening at their Rochester locations due to COVID-19.

Effective Monday, 11/9, Potbelly Sandwich Shops in Rochester will once again be suspending in-shop, seated dining.  We remain open for walk-in/carry-out and delivery orders.  This decision is made with the safety of our employees, customers, and community as our top priority.  People first.  We are deeply grateful for your business!  Stay safe, Friends - The Potbelly Team

We are continuing to see COVID-19 cases continue to increase in Olmsted County and I applaud the businesses that are taking additional measures to help keep us all safe and being transparent with their communication. Extra cleaning, ensuring their staff are safe, temperature checks, all of that, and more help ensure our community and the people in it stay as safe as possible.  Thank you to all who are working hard to keep us safe.
