Well Known Central MN Doctor Killed in Crash

MONTICELLO, Minn. (AP) — Authorities say the man who died when his motorcycle collided with a golf cart in Wright County was a doctor from Monticello.

Dr. Eric Lefebvre is credited with delivering hundreds of babies during his nearly two decades of practice. Lefebvre was driving his motorcycle on Highway 2 along Lake Francis Saturday when he collided with the golf cart driven by a 39-year-old Chaska man. Wright County authorities are investigating the crash.

Lefebvre was a husband and father of four.
