Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man who had been accused of coercing a woman into providing him with nude photos of herself and then posting one of the images on social media recently entered into a plea agreement and has been sentenced to probation.

According to court documents, the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office responded to a harassment complaint in Stewartville in March 2023. The criminal complaint brought against 31-year-old Randall Devin Greenhill states that a woman told a deputy that an unknown person had been sending repeated harassing text messages to her from an unknown number and Snapchat account.

The court document says the woman alleged that the unknown individual repeatedly threatened to reveal her confidential information to her employer unless she sent nude photos to him. The woman told a deputy that she met the demand following the threats, but her harasser continued to demand more explicit photos.

The criminal complaint says, the following day, the woman reported that the harasser had posted a nude photo of her on the Snapchat account and the social media post included the message indicating that the person had more nude photos of the woman and would provide them in exchange for money.

The Statement of Probable Cause filed in Olmsted County Court in the case says an Olmsted County investigator was able to identify Greenhill as the person sending the messages. In June 2023, the Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant for Greenhill's phone and the criminal complaint says investigators found multiple accounts used by him to allegedly threaten the woman and obtain photos from her along with the messages sent to her.
